Shipping Information
Most orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm EST., weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Orders are mailed thorough a carrier of our choice. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected, so please plan ahead and order early.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS and USPS, depending on the closest warehouse to your location.
After I place my order, how long until it arrives?
Our average estimated delivery time is currently 5-7 days. However, due to high demand and the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues, and in some cases, deliveries may be delayed.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. UPS is currently behind on fulfilling its guarantees, and customers may experience delays in both delivery times and tracking updates.
Can I track my purchase?
Yes, you will receive an email with your shipping information once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been processed?
To change or cancel an order that has already been processed, please contact our Customer Service department via email at support@drfosternutrition.com for assistance.
Can you ship to my address?
We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. If you are able to complete payment on our website, it means your address is within our delivery area.
